The yakuza has a drugs deal with the Serbian mob. That is not so strange, but how the deal is executed is the strange part. To get the cocaine undetected over the border, they mix the powder and incorporate it into a toilet bowl. Two yakuza's must hand the bowl over to two errand boys for the Serbian mobsters. Of course, this is goes wrong in all the right ways and awards us with all kind of hilarious situations.

Humor, fast dialogues, strange characters, this is what is typical for Gangster Echange. The casting for this film was done very well and you will occasionally think of the first works of Guy Ritchie. The humor is over the top, but not in a corny kind of way. A worthy opener of a Saturday at the BUTFF.
