Breakdown Dream


Messieurs Delmotte presents a video installation entitled Breakdown Dream. This is a free hanging screen, surrounded by darkness. A moving image that gives us the impression of floating. Messieurs Delmotte wants to challenge the viewer with this huge digital reality. The video contains ten seperated movies. Breakdown Dream can be seen as a performance on a distance. Major motto of his work comes from Jacques Lacan and is about lovers: "Giving to someone what you don't have to someone who doesn't want it".
