In this horror movie, based on the crimes of notorious American serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, Jeff Damen decides to become a murderer after he loses his job. On various chat websites he pretends to be an S&M mistress, looking for a 'sister' to his slave Julie. This way he manages to win the trust of the people he lures into his apartment.
